sky bistro: Dining Above Banff

Located 7,486 feet (2,281 meters) above sea level, Sky Bistro pairs the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains with a distinctly Canadian menu that features a handpicked selection of local meats, produce and ingredients.

Raise a glass of craft beer from Banff or Canmore. Sip vodka and gin from Banff’s only distillery. Taste fruits from farms across Alberta and B.C. and savour naturally-raised meats from Canmore and Central Alberta.

Every dish is designed to embody the unique flavours of Canada and the Rocky Mountains for a dining experience that is as spectacular as the views.

MORE THAN A DINING EXPERIENCE

Sky Bistro is located in the new Banff Gondola summit building. Soar to the top of Sulphur Mountain in a gondola cabin to experience a stunning view of six incredible mountain ranges.

Once at the summit, a collection of world-class mountaintop adventures await. From exploring interactive exhibits, to soaring like an eagle in a multi-sensory theatre, or capturing the perfect photo along the one kilometre mountaintop boardwalk, the new Banff Gondola summit elevates every sense.
